European Heritage Days will take place as part of “The thematic route of castles 2” project
We invite residents and visitors to attend this event, where, within three days, participants will explore Ivano-Frankivsk’s multicultural heritage through food, music, art, clothing, dance, crafts, rituals, traditions, oral folk art, passed down from generation to generation.
Event includes:
– a forum on the preservation of cultural heritage
– guided tours
– theatre and music performances
– exhibitions
– entertainment activities
– tastings of the national cuisines of ethnic communities, and much more
The goal of this event is threefold:
– to promote and preserve the multicultural heritage of Ivano- Frankivsk by showcasing its rich traditions and customs.
– to foster cultural exchange and collaboration within a cross-border region, thereby strengthening international ties and understanding.
– to provide educational opportunities for target groups, allowing them to learn about different cultures and traditions.
