The Second Phase Evaluation of the Hungary–Slovakia–Romania–Ukraine ENI CBC Programme 2014–2020 is available for download. The evaluation assesses the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the Programme, providing an in-depth analysis of how cross-border cooperation contributed to regional development, partnership building and the achievement of Programme objectives during the 2014–2020 programming period.
