The BLOOM project enhances cross-border healthcare by improving medical infrastructure and access to quality health services, especially for children. It invests in telemedicine, equips medical units with modern technology, and fosters professional cooperation to reduce public health disparities.

The BLOOM – Building Lives of Our Minors, Promoting Their Health project aims to reduce health inequalities and improve access to high-quality medical services through targeted investments in healthcare infrastructure and telemedicine. Focused on cross-border cooperation, the project addresses both infrastructural and systemic gaps that hinder access to efficient care in the region.

The project’s specific objectives are:

  • Enhancing the quality of medical services by equipping cross-border medical units with modern equipment;

  • Expanding access to care and increasing the capacity to treat patients, with an emphasis on high-quality and inclusive medical services;

  • Establishing a cross-border network of healthcare professionals to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and sustainable healthcare partnerships.

By investing in telemedicine and professional cooperation, BLOOM aims to create a more resilient and inclusive healthcare system that benefits vulnerable populations, particularly minors, across the participating regions.
