The CONCORD project fosters sustainable cross-border cooperation to address shared labour market challenges in the Satu Mare (RO), Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg (HU), and Zakarpattia (UA) regions.
Central to the project is the development of www.laboro.ro, a trilingual (RO-HU-UA) job mediation platform that connects employers and job seekers, including Ukrainian refugees residing in Romania and Hungary.
In addition to digital solutions, CONCORD also focuses on upskilling low-skilled and unskilled workers by establishing trainer groups that adapt vocational training to the needs of local employers.
Activities include seminars, workshops, pilot trainings, and experience exchange sessions to strengthen cross-border collaboration and support labour market integration. A joint cooperation plan ensures the long-term use and impact of the project tools.
