The SMART ENERGY project aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy by implementing joint activities that build knowledge, raise public awareness, and support increased renewable energy use.
A key component of the project is the installation of photovoltaic panel systems at five healthcare institutions across the programme area, contributing directly to improved energy performance in the health sector.
Additional activities include public information campaigns and exchanges of experience and good practices to ensure long-term awareness and the dissemination of energy-saving solutions throughout the border region.
