The Joint Secretariat of the Hungary–Slovakia–Romania–Ukraine Interreg NEXT Programme organised a comprehensive Project Management Training for Lead Partners on 26 November in Nyíregyháza, with the possibility to join online. Around 60 participants attended on-site, while more than 70 joined the training online.
The training aimed to provide project teams with clear guidance on the successful and compliant implementation of their projects. Throughout the day, experts from the Joint Secretariat and TESIM covered a wide range of essential topics, including:
- Key rules of the Project Implementation Manual
- Sharing of experiences throughout project implementation (reporting, financial aspects and communication)
- Project closure and follow-up
- Irregularities and fraud prevention
- Risk management (with the contribution of TESIM experts)
- Communication and visibility obligations
- Capitalisation of project results
- Overview of the runnig 2nd Call for Proposals
The training also introduced the upcoming developments on the Programme website, including new tools to support communication, visibility and capitalisation.
