Main Goal: To increase the employability of disadvantaged individuals through an intensive residential training model and a centralized digital competency database.

Project Pillars:
Residential Intensive Training (Multi-day Bootcamps): Providing comprehensive training cycles including accommodation and full board to ensure a focused learning environment and overcome geographical barriers for participants.
Multi-disciplinary Curriculum: Training focused on diverse skill sets (digital, soft skills, or specific technical vocations) tailored to current labor market demands.
Digital Talent Database: A post-training platform housing detailed profiles of graduates, including their acquired certifications and performance analytics, accessible to potential employers.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI): The primary success metric is the actual placement rate of trained individuals in the open labor market.

Partner Search: We are looking for a Hungarian partner organization (NGO, training center, or regional development agency) that:
Has experience in vocational training or social inclusion.
Can contribute to the curriculum or provide access to Hungarian employers.
Is interested in co-developing a cross-border database of skilled labor.
