The project is addressing to the need for enhancing the transfer of knowledge among and building capacities of local authorities, business, academia and civil society in the field of smart specialization to build synergies and create added value by cross-border cooperation.
• Positive changes: - cross-border local/regional mapping of actors and existing capacities - improved cooperation skills among local/regional actors - local/regional self-regulated networks for reconstruction and resilience • In the project will be involved entities from public sector, educational field (universities), non-governmental organizations, business associations • Beneficiaries: entities from the area (public sector, educational field (universities), non-governmental organizations, business associations, other civil society actors), communities at large |
