The project aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation in the HUSKROUA region by aligning Smart Specialisation Strategies (S3), enhancing technology transfer processes, and building a sustainable network that connects research institutions, technology transfer offices, public authorities, and SMEs. The partners will jointly analyse regional innovation resources and S3 priorities, identify complementary strengths, and create a shared database of innovation assets.
The project will establish a cross-border knowledge transfer network, develop cooperation protocols, and introduce tools that facilitate collaboration among universities, businesses, and local administrations. Capacity-building activities—including trainings, workshops, and study visits—will improve institutional skills in innovation management, S3 implementation, and entrepreneurship support.
