Coordinating Project Results with National Authorities in Slovakia

As the Lead Partner of the OTRACON project, we have held several working meetings with the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic. These meetings focused on mutual exchange of transport‑related data and on aligning project activities with national priorities and planning frameworks.

The discussions provided an important space to connect project analyses and modelling work with the needs of state institutions, ensuring that the project results are not only methodologically sound but also practically applicable. Special attention was given to how the project outputs can support self‑governing regions, public administration, and state‑level decision‑making in Slovakia.

Through this close cooperation, the OTRACON project aims to deliver results that are useful beyond the project scope, contributing to better‑informed transport planning and strategic decisions at regional and national levels, both in Slovakia and in cooperation with Ukraine.
