The project titled “Rediscovering and Digitizing Our Shared Cultural Roots for Future Generations” promotes intercultural dialogue and cross-border cooperation between Romania and Ukraine through culture-focused educational initiatives.
Activities include joint cultural events, student camps, and the creation of virtual cultural centers at two technical universities. The key outcome is the digitization of local cultural heritage—arts, crafts, music, cuisine, and traditions—making it appealing to young people while preserving it for the future.
An interactive digital album titled “Cultural Values in the Carpathian Basin (Ukraine–Romania)” and an online platform will serve as innovative educational tools for students. Virtual reality content further enriches the experience, and students will continue to contribute to learning through their academic work even after the project is completed.
