The HOSPITALS project enhances access to healthcare in the cross-border region of Hungary and Ukraine by introducing innovative screening methods for breast and lymphatic system diseases. Special attention is given to reaching disadvantaged communities and promoting early detection and prevention.
Pilot programmes will test new screening technologies with local populations to identify the most effective approaches. The project also focuses on health education, encouraging people to take proactive care of their health.
By building sustainable screening services and training professionals, the project strengthens local healthcare systems and promotes long-term cooperation between Hungarian and Ukrainian partners.
