Within the cross border region there are numerous contexts in which the medical diagnostic capacity is not up to scale. From pandemics to beligeration, there is the need for scalable, fast and accurate resources for processing and analysing medical samples. The proposal aims at the creation of a cross border human and infrastructure capacity for handling and analysing medical samples for diagnostic in various contexts.
