Solving the problem of stray animals, the epidemiological risk of infectious diseases in the border regions of Ukraine, namely the city of Uzhhorod, Transcarpathian region, by reducing their number and treatment, which in turn will improve access to veterinary medicine and ultimately have a positive impact on the health of residents and the attractiveness of the Transcarpathian region. The main activities are to equip facilities for stray animals in the Transcarpathian region (Ukraine), namely in the city of Uzhhorod, with equipment for treating animals, conducting training for veterinarians, and preparing technical documentation for the construction of a facility for stray animals.
